# Published score history — 5 October 2026

Every row links the original measured report. Scores describe the stated source
snapshot and configured checks. They do not establish comprehensive security
coverage, a clean deployment or superiority to human development.

Policy digests are abbreviated above; each report includes the complete source
and policy SHA-256 digests, coverage, exact limits, rule descriptions and scan
limitations. A different policy digest means an unchanged-policy comparison
has not been established.

Syndical.mobile improved from 71/100 quality and 94/100 maintainability to
100/100 in both, with the same 45-file scope and policy digest. The qualified
snapshot has zero configured native findings, detected duplicate tokens and
production findings in its four qualified security rules.

Syndical.site improved from 84/100 and 92/100 to 100/100 on 3 October. The fresh
5 October result remains 100/100 with 69 selected production files and 317
compliant recognized functions at 09:30 UTC, zero configured native findings, zero detected
duplicate tokens and two qualified security rules with no production findings.
The latest 3 October and 5 October Site reports have the same policy identity;
the earlier Site reports include a separate policy transition and smaller scope.
The refreshed credentials page was checked again at 11:37 UTC: all 69 selected
production files and 318 recognized functions comply, with zero native,
duplication and configured security findings. Its policy and zero-debt baseline
are unchanged, and its gate passes.

The evidence-only page refresh was checked again at 15:42 UTC: all 69 selected
production files and 312 recognized functions comply, with zero configured
native findings, detected duplicate tokens and findings in both qualified
security rules. Its policy is unchanged and its gate passes. The report retains
its actual local working-tree source identity; it is not a clean-remote scan.

The final Site source check at 15:54 UTC used the declared Node.js 22 runtime
(version 22.15.1), with the same 69-file scope, 312 compliant functions, zero
configured findings and a passing gate. The previous new local run remains an
unchanged dated report; only the current Site row points to this final check.

Syndical.api improved from 55/100 and 94/100 to 100/100 in both. Its policy
identity changed when two unchanged wire declarations were independently
classified as factual data. The function limits and native checks stayed the
same. [Read the API history and policy explanation](/quality/api).

Syndical desktop's earlier committed snapshot measured **99/100 quality and 99/100
maintainability**, measured on 5 October at 15:36 UTC against all **1,872**
selected production files. It has **15 native findings in 8 files and 19 actual
functions outside the 15-complexity, 80-line and 5-parameter limits**. All 959
measured executable or wide-data declarations comply. Detected duplicate tokens
are zero; all five named security rules are qualified, with zero production
findings. **That gate failed** because a reviewed baseline was unavailable. No
zero-debt baseline was admitted for that snapshot; its findings are retained unchanged.

That earlier source is clean committed revision `9fd99dc3f1be`, verified on the
remote main branch, with content digest
`cb6f4ec167459f3b2f10004301f9bcff30ec13718c43302117e793179f9c1f3a`.
Its measurement remained stable throughout the run. A separate focused
regression check on the same committed source passed all **1,500** cases with
zero failures and skips. That result covers its stated test families; it is not
a new full-suite or coverage measurement.

The earlier 11:20 UTC snapshot retains its exact 99/99 scores, 24 native findings,
48 strict function violations and recorded changes. Its original report bytes
remain available. The current policy digest differs from that earlier snapshot,
so an unchanged-policy comparison is not claimed. The explicit function limits
remain 15/80/5 in both reports.

The older desktop 70/100 and 93/100 reports retain their original schema 2
measurements. The latest report uses schema 3 and the qualified C# source syntax
instrument, separately reviewed declarations and a larger source scope. These
snapshots are not an unchanged-policy C# score comparison; the older numbers are
not relabeled or recomputed.

Builds, runtime tests and source review provide separate evidence. The profile
scores themselves measure native file compliance, function/declaration limits,
detected duplication and the bounded security-rule coverage.

The earlier final Desktop source is clean, pushed main revision `21a95549ed2b`, with
**100/100 quality and 100/100 maintainability**, all **2,107** selected production
files analyzed by all four measurements, and a **passing normal gate**. There
are zero native, function, executable-declaration, detected-duplication or
configured security findings. All five published security rules are qualified.
The limits remain complexity 15, declaration lines 80 and parameters 5.

The intervening 99/100 quality, 100/100 maintainability snapshot retains its five
native findings. The next zero-debt snapshot retains its recorded local changes
and original policy. Following compatible updates to ten existing transitive
dependency entries, the policy identity changed because the lockfile changed
and the baseline destination changed. The prior zero baseline remains
byte-identical. The new baseline was created only after a complete assessment
measured zero debt; the final committed assessment checks it normally without a
reset. No threshold, native rule, security rule or production scope was relaxed.

All **9,183 .NET cases passed across all 16 test projects**, without a test filter,
with zero failures and skips. This run belongs to its retained test snapshot.
Later changes comprise one document, the dependency lock, the profile baseline
destination, the new zero baseline, and qualified whitespace cleanup in exactly
37 C# files. Those files have identical token text, values, non-EOF line and
column locations, significant trivia and directives; all other .NET repository
entries remain byte-identical. Whole-repository byte identity is false, and no
full .NET suite rerun at the final commit is claimed.

All **2,037 frontend cases passed again after that cleanup**. The preceding
post-dependency checks also passed: 54 quality-tool cases, typecheck, production
build and lint on all 295 reported source files. The fresh npm audit reported
**zero dependency advisories** in every severity, across development and
production dependencies. [Read the exact current source and runtime mapping](/quality/reports/2026-10-05-syndical-final-qualified-runtime.json). These checks
are distinct evidence; the score alone is not a security certification or a
controlled comparison with human development.

The Site evidence publication was freshly assessed on the declared Node.js 22 runtime:
all 69 selected files and 312 actual functions comply, with zero native findings,
detected duplication or matches in its two qualified security rules. The policy
and zero-debt baseline remain unchanged, and its gate passes. Its source report
retains the actual working-tree metadata, including local machine settings; the
published report is not presented as a clean whole-repository scan.

## Reviewed compiler-platform successor measurements

These appended rows retain every earlier raw report. The clean Desktop main now
measures 100/100 at `db4a57882042`; clean API main measures 100/100 at
`e6ca1d5f7191`. Limits, native checks, production scopes and qualified static
rules were not relaxed. New policy identities include reviewed compiler
platform identities and baseline destinations; unchanged-policy comparison is
not claimed across those transitions. Older zero baselines remain unchanged.

Hosted build 6640 retained a C# function measurement failure; its maintainability
score is **not measured** and its gate failed. The inner instrument cause was not
established by its public report.
The prior local 21a 100/100 report stays unchanged. The later reviewed catalog
includes official macOS ARM64, macOS Intel and Linux x64 compiler pins. The
current local instruments passed 59 compiler cases on macOS ARM64; the original
Desktop checkout passed 66 quality-tool cases and API passed 61. **No hosted
Linux SDK execution or passing hosted build for these latest revisions is claimed.**

The retained Desktop 9183-case .NET run belongs to its original source 753 test
snapshot. Exactly 37 C# files have qualified token/value/non-EOF location/trivia
equivalence; application and solution regression inputs remain equal to the
accepted 21a application source. Quality-tool C# identity changes are separately
declared. Whole-repository runtime identity remains false and no full-suite
rerun at db4a is claimed. Fresh 2,037 frontend cases, build/typecheck/lint and the
zero-advisory audit retain their actual source dates.
[Read the latest source and runtime mapping](/quality/reports/2026-10-06-syndical-platform-qualified-runtime.json).

The Site report-consumer patch was freshly assessed with 69 selected production
files and 313 compliant recognized functions; quality and maintainability remain
100/100 under the unchanged Site profile. Its report retains actual dirty c943
source metadata. Local 63 Node tests, 68 Python tests with build integration,
standalone build, typecheck and zero-advisory audit passed before this report
import. API application/build/test inputs remain equal to the previously
qualified 8248 source; no new API runtime suite is claimed. Mobile's original
9ce8 report retains its remote-production equivalence and local configuration
metadata. These are measured credentials, not a human-superiority certification.
